With your support, we can continue providing the most comprehensive health care services possible in Citrus County and its surrounding communities. To support Citrus Memorial Hospital, gifts can be made to the Citrus Memorial Health Foundation, Inc., a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code (Tax ID #59-2890430). Your gifts are tax deductible to the full extent of the law. You can make an unrestricted gift, which allows the Foundation greater flexibility in addressing its needs, or direct your support to a specific area or facility.

Many people of all ages found ways to show their support for the Hospital's Foundation Campaign.

Travel Company Donates. Tally Ho Vacations, a local group travel company, recently made a $12,500 donation to the Hospital's capital fund. This donation was a result of a Bermuda Cruise taken in February 2007 by many members of the hospital's Share Club. As their sponsorship gift for the First Annual Citrus Memorial Ball, Rose and Glenn Kilgus presented a check for $2,500 to Chris Pool, CMHS Development Director, for use by the Foundation to reach its objectives.

Kids Helping Kids. Representatives of the Citrus Springs Middle School's Student Council presented a check for $304.16 to Citrus Memorial's Development Director Chris Pool for the Hospital Foundation's Pediatric Park project. The children also brought in and decorated a box full of new toys for the children to play with when receiving treatment in the Pediatric Center at the Hospital.

The Foundation received a check from William Clare Entertainment for $3,000 from the proceeds of the Citrus Springs Concert Series.
