The 6th Annual Citrus Memorial Ball held on May 14, 2011 was another successful social and fund-raising gala. Titled "Champagne and Pearls" this black tie signature event was held at the beautiful Black Diamond Country Club in Lecanto, Florida. The funds raised by the Citrus Memorial Ball provides philanthropic support for the Citrus Memorial Health Foundation to purchase furnishings, fixtures and equipment for the planned Family Care Health & Education Center to be built in Lecanto, FL. The event chairpersons were Susan Gill and Ellen Zane.
